The partnerships are formed the moment the indication of a potential customer schedules a meeting in our head office in Sao Paulo, at Av. Paulista 777- 11rd Floor and this is converted into a liability (debt) administration contract. The partners and SAC sign a partnership contract, which will receive up to 10% of the value destined to SAC.

By October 2007, we had 48 partners throughout Brazil.

SAC has no representative and/or intermediary in any Brazilian city. Despite the partnerships, business is treated directly with the company.

All SAC products are formatted within the Cost-Benefit-Deadline trinomial and the percentages of Table I have remained unchanged since the launching of our Liability or Debt Administration System - REFISAC. The manner of paying for SAC products is always through simple billing monthly bank payment slips on the dates established according to each customer's convenience.

No SAC product has advance payment or over pricing.
